Responsibility of Our Employee Stakeholders

Work deadlines: We expect all employee stakeholders to meet deadlines as assigned or promised and non-compliance will be seen as a serious offense and will be dealt with appropriate action.

Business Decision: All decisions and actions must be based on the best interests of the firm, and must not be motivated by personal considerations or relationships. Relationships with prospective or existing suppliers, contractors or customers, competitors or regulatory authorities must not affect the independent and sound judgment to be made on behalf of the firm. Incase there exists a conflict of interest, it is best to disclose this.

Outside employment: Our employees are forbidden to work for and receive payment for services from any competitor, customer, distributor or supplier. Any outside employment must be strictly separated from work and should only consist of social activities, which do not harm job performance.

Family members and close personal relationships: Employee stakeholders may not use personal influence to get our firm to do business with a firm in which they or their family members or friends have an interest.

Information Protection: All employee stakeholders will ensure that information, which is important to our firm, is not be divulged in any form to any person or firm whereby such information will be harmful to the firm and its competitive edge. It is the responsibility of all employee stakeholders to ensure that sensitive information is not passed on to any outside agency whereby such information is used against the best interest of our firm and affects long-term stability.

Employees acting as agents: Employee stakeholders must not enter into any agreement with any party where they will receive remuneration in the form of commission or fees for services rendered for the firm.

Equipment and effects: Employees will be directly responsible for the care and upkeep of all equipment and effects belonging to the firm. Any damage to equipment/ effects will be reimbursed by the responsible employee.

Non-discrimination/ harassment: Employee stakeholders will not discriminate against fellow employee stakeholders or harass them on grounds of gender, religion, caste, colour, creed, sexual leanings, political beliefs, or disabilities.. Employees are encouraged to report non-compliance with this policy

Board Membership: Serving on the Management board or a similar body for an outside company or government agency requires the advance approval of local management. Helping the community by serving non-profit organisations is encouraged and does not require prior approval.

Professionalism: Employee stakeholders are expected to carry the highest level of professionalism at all times. They are expected to take pride in their work and show a personal commitment to quality. They will anticipate and will not wait to be told what to do- they will show initiative, do whatever it takes to get the job done, and reach for responsibility. They will always look for ways to make things easier for those they serve, really listen to their needs, and learn as much as they can about the business of those they serve. They represent the firm in all aspects and will uphold the values and ethics of the firm at all times. All employee stakeholders are encouraged to be team players, honest, trustworthy, loyal, and open to constructive critiques on how to improve. They will get involved in other teams and not just stick to their assigned roles.

Monitoring: Employee stakeholders will regularly monitor ethical conduct and ensure that accessible systems are in place for employees and others to report potential violations.

Sexual Harassment: We prohibit sexual, physical, emotional and psychological harassment or intimidation by employee stakeholders. Employee stakeholders are urged to report such cases immediately to the CEO. We have a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and will not hesitate to terminate the services of the offending individual. A person knowingly making a false claim, if proven will also face termination of services.
